“I have seen Paul’s truck around Orchid for several years and when I inquired as to his work, I heard resoundingly positive comments. I asked Paul to come by for a meeting during which I spoke to him about some interior and exterior work that needed to be done. Some of the work required subcontractors and some he and his crew could handle, according to Paul. Subsequently, I retained Paul and his subcontractors.

“It is with great pleasure that I am writing to you today on behalf of Paul Szafarz (Paul Can Do Inc.). As you may know I have owned 4 properties within Orchid Island. I feel very fortunate to have met Paul and have used him on all 4 properties for various projects.
I have been in the real estate development business for 35 years and have found a “jewel” in Paul Szafarz. He has totally remodeled 3 homes for us and has just recently constructed a new covered porch and garden area for us at 10 Caribe Way.
Before I agreed to give Paul the contract on the addition I asked to see some recent work of his that was “new construction.” He readily took me to his courtyard home that he build and invited me to see another new home (5,200 square feet) that he had recently built for the Huelsenbach family in Sebastian. The quality and construction is equal to or greater than any I have seen in Orchid Island.
Paul and his crews are professionals, kept the job site clean, and I am proud to put my signature on any of his work or promises. He was ahead of schedule and below budget on all of his work for me. Needless to say, I would highly recommend Paul Szafarz for anyone’s new home or remodel.”
